2026 Innovation Showcase

The 3rd Annual SCDOT Innovation Showcase was held on July 30, 2026, at the Columbia Metropolitan Convention Center. The event brought together approximately 140 employees from various offices across SCDOT to celebrate innovation and recognize the employees who are finding new and creative ways to improve the agency. A total of 47 innovators showcased 30 innovations, representing their areas and  demonstrating the creativity and ingenuity of employees at all levels of the agency. At the end of the showcase, SCDOT Leadership presented 10 Innovations with a 2026 Outstanding Innovation Award.
